If you are not satisfied with PDF Password Helper for any reason, email refund@smartpdfunlocker.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Email refund@smartpdfunlocker.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include the email address used for purchase so we can find the order quickly.
- You do not need to explain the reason, but any feedback is appreciated.
Refunds are normally processed the same business day. Depending on your payment method, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
What is eligible
- First-time purchases within 30 days - fully refundable
- Annual subscriptions - full refund within 30 days of the original purchase
- Monthly subscriptions - refund of the most recent charge if requested within 30 days
- Renewals charged in error - refunded if reported promptly
What is not eligible
- Refunds requested more than 30 days after the original purchase, unless the renewal rule above applies
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service
